Yes! The ingredients in our Fit Sweet ice cream mix have little to no impact on blood glucose/sugar. The sweeteners we use are excreted unchanged and unmetabolized by our bodies, so they should not be counted the same as carbs that affect blood glucose/sugar.
Testing using a blood glucose monitor showed a small increase in blood glucose from 84 mg/dL to 87 mg/dL 30 minutes after consuming one serving (prepared with unsweetened almond milk).
